I think I took some pictures of the station some 8 or 9 years ago. It has a very classic style, and it's a fairly grand looking place. Exterior is done with brick, which in this area, is not a common sight. Bricks have to be shipped here from other states, likely Georgia.
In 2024, not much has changed to the station, likely not much money to put into this, since train is not that common way to commute (long distance), so not much money to do much here.
The interior is really nice. I like the high ceiling and the details with the molding, and the terrazzo floor are just beautiful.
